ABOUT
Aygul (Aya) Islamova is aesthetic nurse specializing in facial aesthetics. She holds a Master’s in Nursing from Columbia University and a degree in Biological Science with Chemistry and Physics minors from Baruch College.
With a background in critical care, cardiology, and organic chemistry research, plus a role as a General Chemistry lecturer at Baruch College. Aya specializes in neuromodulators, dermal filler and facial optimization treatments. Aya combines holistic, artistic and scientific methods to deliver natural and transformative results.
Aya, currently, practices in New York City at BeautyFix Medical Spa, and is pursuing her becoming FNP and a nurse aesthetic educator.

Neuromodulator and Dermal Filler Training Course
This neuromodulator and dermal filler training course offers a comprehensive program that combines didactic and clinical hands-on training. During the didactic portion, participants will gain knowledge on the facial aging process, facial anatomy, comprehensive facial assessment, and developing treatment plans for the patients. Participants will learn about different neuromodulators brands, reconstitution, dose usage and injection techniques of basic and chosen advanced areas.
A unique aspect of this course is its focus on facial balancing using both neuromodulators and dermal fillers, teaching participants how to treat the entire face cohesively.
Hosted in small groups, this course is designed for practitioners to learn and enhance their injectable skills.
Upon completing this aesthetics training course, practitioners will:
- Understand the impact of aging on facial aesthetics
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy
- Understand how to use dermal fillers to restore the “triangle of youth”
- Learn about the various types of dermal fillers and their rheology
- Gain proficiency in both cannula and needle injection methods
- Receive hands-on dermal filler training in injecting key areas like cheeks, chin, prejowls, nasolabial folds and lips
- Hands-on neuromodulator injection techniques of basic areas such as forehead, glabella, crow’s feet and selected advanced techniques as lip flip, brow lift, gummy smile
- Learn facial balancing and optimization with dermal fillers and neuromodulator injection techniques
License Requirements: This course is open to Physicians (MD & DO), Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and Dentists (DDS & DMD). Models are typically provided, but practitioners can bring their own for guaranteed hands on experience. Products for the hands-on training are supplied by the course organizers. Lunch will be served.

I am sharing my Scupltra treatment`s results. Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulator, used to smooth wrinkles and restore the volume. Collagen is one of the key components of our skin, it provides the structure, strength, elasticity and helps to maintain volume and moisture.
We lose collagen naturally and it causes the changes in our face. At the age of 20, we lose about 1 % of collagen per year. By age 40, most of us lose 20% of our natural collagen.

Shoulder slimming and sculpting
The trapezius muscle is a large, triangular muscle in the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
When the trapezius muscle treated with neuromodulator injections in the muscle relaxes and contracts less and resulting in less tension in the back and shoulders and improving with chronic neck and shoulder pain. This treatment also helps with better back and shoulder mobility and posture.
